ZETKAMA is situated on the edge of the Table Mountains National Park.

1. FORTRESS KŁODZKO AND THE UNDERGROUND TOURIST ROUTE IN KŁODZKO

The Old Town of Kłodzko is dominated by the grandest building of the Kłodzko area – Fortress Kłodzko, which is a military facility with more than a thousand year tradition. At its feet, there is a multilevel underground route open for visitors.

2. LĄDEK-ZDRÓJ RESORT

Lądek Zdrój spa resort is the oldest water-healing establishment on the Polish soil. The most representative sanatorium is the Institute of Natural Medicine “Wojciech” (formerly Marienbad). It is distinguished by neo-baroque decorations, marble bowls with medicinal waters intakes.

3. SPA PARK AND COLORFUL FOUNTAIN IN POLANICA-ZDRÓJ

Polanica-Zdrój is one of the most attractive Polish spa resorts. There are plenty of great parks, busy pedestrian streets and promenades. In the central spa park, there is a building with mineral water pump room, illuminated fountain, chess park and a wooden concert shell. Here grow exotic species of trees, many of which have the status of natural monuments.

4. TABLE MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK

The ghosts have apparently taken a particular liking to the Kłodzko Region, because also the Table Mountains National Park is inhabited by a mysterious figure called Liczyrzepa. Supposedly, it is likely to meet him when one gets lost among the rock figures of the Stray Rocks. 5. ZIELENIEC

The specific microclimate of Zieleniec, which is similar to the Alpine one, has a positive effect on the health of every tourist visiting this beautiful place, even if we come here only for a few days. It is a town, which is mostly appreciated by those who love skiing, because Zieleniec is one of the largest ski resorts in the Kłodzko Region. The slopes of Zieleniec, covered with snow exceptionally long, offer 28 lifts and a snow park.

6. MUSEUM OF PAPERMAKING

See how in the seventeenth-century paper mill, the paper was manufactured. Discover the history of paper and find out all about works of art created of it! Or maybe you desire to make paper for yourself? In the basement of paper mill, there is a room called “Czerpalnia”, in which a demonstration of paper manufacture is held.

7. KUDOWA ZDRÓJ RESORT

Kudowa Zdrój is primarily a health resort. Surrounded by the Table Mountains and Lewińskie Hills it offers mild (low and medium stimulus) climate, which carries a very beneficial effect on a number of body processes: blood circulation, respiration, digestion, the efficiency of the muscular and nervous systems. Healing processes in spa treatment are supported by the natural waters from mineral springs. And all this in the midst of a beautiful green architecture of the spa gardens and unique atmosphere of the town.
