At this year’s conference, we shared our case study on the effective acquisition of external funding for the development of employee competencies.
Thanks to consistent efforts, we managed to:
✅ obtain PLN 700,000 from EU funds (ESF) and KFS,
✅ carry out 8 development projects,
✅ deliver 200 training days, amounting to 1,000 trainee-days.
These are tangible results that stand behind the real growth of our team and the strengthening of ZETKAMA’s potential.
