This is a unique development path for our leaders – the first trainings are already starting, and by the end of the year we will be working on key competences: leadership, communication, motivation, conflict management, and process improvement.
We are pleased to carry out this project together with KnowHub Ltd. from Wrocław. For us, it is not only learning, but also an investment in the future and in building a culture of cooperation.
In 2026, we are planning the second stage of the Academy to further develop and strengthen the acquired skills.
