On November 8, 2022, a meeting of the Book Discussion Club for the ZETKAMA Management Team was held. Club members discussed Miłosz Brzeziński’s book “Biznes czyli sztuka budowania relacji” (Business, the Art of Building Relationships). The author is a well-known in Poland business psychologist and consultant in the field of personal effectiveness. The book is useful for those who want to be effective. Club members discussed the key behaviours that are worth working on to achieve greater success at work and in private life. Everyone realized how important it is to avoid the fundamental attribution error and rely on signature strengths.
