On November 30, 2020, the company ZETKAMA sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Ścinawka Średna (acquiring company) merged with FAG S.A. based in Głuchołazy (acquired company).
As a result of the merger of the companies, the assets of FAG S.A. was transferred to ZETKAMA sp. z o.o., which continues the activities carried out so far by the acquired company.
From the date of the merger, ZETKAMA sp. z o.o. conducts the production of valves and castings in three locations – in Ścinawka Średna, Sosnowiec and Głuchołazy.
